It is great news for the facebook fans that, they can now post a feed from a mobile phone if they have sms service. Here is how it works...
Today i am going to write a post on facebook text message service. This service is free and it does not cost you from facebook, but the normal tariff plan offered by your network provider.
step 1: please login to your facebook account.
step 2: Choose account settings
step 3: Choose mobile
step 4: click on add a mobile number and continue the process.
While you successfully adding your mobile number to your account, it gives an option whether you like to show your mobile number to the profile visiter or not. At this point you uncheck the dailogue box and click on ok.
At this stage you will receive a sms from facebook witha mobile number on how to use your mobile service. Thats all. Please save this mobile number to your mobile
To update your status you are going to send "your status text" to "the number from which you got sms while you adding your mobile". Thats all. Simple right...
At this stage, you have successfully added you mobile number to facebook account, and hereafter you can post your feed directly from your mobile with a simple sms. This will help you to post feeds by which you can update whats your status even you do not have internet access. But remember that to have a good sms package before you post frequent feeds.
